Your local library

Orbimori keeps recorded and imported locations, explored coverage, and photo references in its local library. Original photos stay in Photos. iCloud sync uses your private iCloud database and requires Orbimori Plus.

Optional Web Sync

Web Sync is off by default. When you sign in with email and enable it in the app, Orbimori stores your recorded and imported tracks, associated measurements, explored coverage, and deletion records on Cloudflare. Original photos, thumbnails, and photo-library references are not uploaded.

Your email address and account sessions are stored to provide sign-in. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored as hashes. Cloudflare processes sign-in emails and connection information. Operational logs exclude track coordinates, email bodies, codes, and session tokens.

Subscription access

Web Sync requires Orbimori Plus. Apple-signed purchase information is verified and linked to your Orbimori account. A subscription can be linked to one Orbimori account. Turning off sync or allowing a subscription to expire keeps previously saved data.

Deletion

Delete your Orbimori account in Settings → Web Sync or on the account page to remove the account and its web-synced library. Local and iCloud libraries remain under your control. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. Limited purchase identifiers may be retained to process subscription lifecycle events and prevent purchase reuse. Cloudflare may retain recovery copies temporarily under its storage recovery policies.

Other services

Detailed maps load tiles and fonts from OpenFreeMap, which receives connection information and viewed map areas. Photos may download requested images from iCloud Photos. Apple controls iCloud, Photos, StoreKit, and background delivery.
